Noise from the nearby road can disrupt the tranquility of the gardens, though the beautiful setting does help mitigate this somewhat.

View was magnificent, breakfast was rich, and beds were large. The room we had included a safe, TV set, and a mini-fridge-bar. The bathroom was clean with bidet. The free parking was outside the hotel, good service...

location: the hotel was short walk to budy touristy ortigia and a lovely garden, rooms and bathroom. it was within easy walking distance of panificio garofalo, serving fast food.

The pool was very clean and I had complementary drinks in the lobby bar. Luxurious and brand-new rooms, just what was needed. The breakfast was fresh and large with plenty of dishes.

While the stay was pleasant due to the clean and spacious rooms, the overall experience lacked warmth and attentiveness.
